We partnered with Goose Island Research and Development brewer Tim Faith to scale this recipe perfectly for homebrewers even as retaining every last drop of its decadent, deep chocolate hue and oh-so-sippable character. The result is an unbelievably memorable brew that captures the creamy essence of the eggnog cocktail that inspired it, along side notes of milk chocolate, nutmeg and a big, toasty malt backbone.
